Home Staging Consultation
Your consultation will include the following services:
A pre-visit checklist and preparation guide
An extensive walk-n-talk tour of your home with guided staging recommendations. This can be anywhere from 1.5 hours to 3 hours depending on the size of your home.
A post-visit detailed recommendation list which includes a pre-showing checklist and a room-by-room guide on the staging recommendations I have for your home.
Time to Shine
Once you have my staging recommendations, it’s time for you to prepare your home for professional photos and buyer visits. I can offer you a list of recommendations for larger staging needs such as painting, deep cleaning, repairs, and other needed changes.
